Professor John L. Gedid spoke on the revision to the Model State Administrative Procedure Act (MSAPA) the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) will make over the next few years. He has asked that we send our comments and suggestions to him so that he may take them to the revision meetings. This is an important opportunity for the members of ACR because revisions like this do not happen often. The last major revision was made in 1981.
