1.10.11.6 OBJECTIVE: To establish the order of offices on the voting machines and paper ballots in a primary or general election.

1.10.11.7 DEFINITIONS: Other district offices: "other district offices" means the public regulation commission (5 districts), district judge (13 districts), district attorney (13 districts), state board of education (10 districts).

1.10.11.8 ORDER OF OTHER DISTRICT OFFICES: The order of preference of other district offices, when applicable, on a ballot and voting machines in a primary or general election shall be in the following order:
A. public regulation commission;
B. district judge;
C. district attorney;
D. state board of education.
