The Centralized Electronic Records Repository (CERR)

The CERR is the repository utilized by the Commission of Public Records to securely manage the records housed in the records centers, e-mail and other electronic records, to apply retention to, and provide defensible disposition of electronic content.  The Commission of Public Records began using the system agency wide in September of 2016, and is currently in the process of deploying to two pilot agencies.
