1. How do I search for records in the CERR?
Locating a record in HPE RM can be accomplished using one of two search methods. The quick search bar, located below the ribbon on the main RM screen, is best used for simple searches (searches that use one level of search criteria). For more complex searches, the “find records” button can be used to access the query screen. When building a complex query, it is recommended that the user apply all identifying criteria they recall about the record they wish to locate. The Quick Search Guide is recommended as a reference for searching. Additional assistance with searching is available via the CERR helpdesk.

2. How do I change the name of a file in CERR?
To modify the name of a file in CERR, begin by locating the folder in HPE RM. Right click on the folder and select properties from the menu. In the properties screen, the title can be changed by modifying the title field. If the title field is inaccessible, please contact the CERR helpdesk.

3. How do I move a record from one file to another in the CERR?
To modify the container of a document in CERR, begin by locating the container you wish to move the document to and make note of the record number. Next, locate the document you wish to move. Right click on the document and select properties from the menu. In the properties screen, the container can be changed by entering the record number of the container you wish to move the document to in the container field. If the container field is inaccessible, please contact the CERR helpdesk.

4. Is training available for users?
Yes, training is available for end users on demand. Please contact the CERR administrator at CPR.RMD@state.nm.us to arrange training.
