The Electronic Records / Micrographics Bureau ensures that proposed and existing microphotography systems of state agencies and district courts produce film and images that adhere to the microphotography standards. The Bureau is also leading the way on the management of electronic records by providing guidelines to agencies and by participating on committees that are determining how electronic records will be managed in the state of New Mexico.
