Training Description

This course is being offered to provide training and guidance to designated records management personnel on the requirements and procedures for submitting storage and disposition paperwork to the Commission of Public Records. This includes the designation and responsibilities of records management personnel, as well as procedures for the storage, withdrawal, and destruction of records. Class size is limited to 20 people and walk-ins are not permitted. If there are fewer than five individuals signed up for this training 72 hours prior to the class, the training will be cancelled and rescheduled for another date. This course is open to all state, judicial, legislative, county, municipal, and local public body employees and is the second of two required courses for records management personnel.
